“Cicerchia” Apartment

This apartment owes its name to the old Lazzeri family nickname whose origin, going far back in time, no-one in the family even recalls (the “cicerchia” is a now rarely grown climbing and sweet-smelling leguminous plant, resembling a pea-plant). The apartment was built into a converted granary and hay-loft and like all apartments attractively furnished with antique pieces taken nostalgically out friends’ and relatives’ attics and basements.

A 290 square foot apartment rented only for short periods. Located in a ground floor converted barn annex, the apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa, satellite TV and air-conditioning and a fully-equipped private garden.
