– Prices are inclusive of VAT, water, gas and electricity. Unless otherwise agreed with tour operators, bed, bathroom and kitchen linens, changed weekly, are included in the price.

- Daily heating charge during winter-time is € 15,00 for smaller apartments and € 25,00 for larger apartments; charges may be calculated, optionally, on actual consumption (through gas meter reading).

- Daily charge for baby cot (for children aged 0 to 3) is € 5,00 (payment on the spot); no additional charge for private cots.

- Compulsory final cleaning charge (payment on the spot) € 50,00/ € 40,00 according to apartment size)

- Pets: pets are allowed in the apartments only by prior agreement with an additional € 10,00 weekly charge for final cleaning.

- Security deposit to be paid in full at check-in: € 150,00

- Check-in time: Saturdays from 4 pm o 7 pm; please call-in if unable to make check-in time as indicated.

- Apartments must be vacated on Saturday by 10,00 to allow for apartment cleaning and disinfection.

- Balance and extras are to be paid on the evening prior to departure

- Check-in personal information slips (obligatory in Italy by law) are to be filled out upon arrival and handed in at concierge desk

- Unauthorized and unregistered guests are not allowed at any time

- We kindly request our guests to leave apartment as they would expect to find it and immediately report any damage

- The security deposit will be refunded after careful inspection of the apartment.

During low and middle-season short-term lets or week-end stays will be allowed at a daily rate of € 40,00 per person. During above periods management may be reached only on mobile phone (335 815 69 63) Although the above regulations may seem, to some people, excessive and pedantic we think of them as useful pieces of advice which will guarantee guests a serene, safe and trouble-free stay.
